Wether it's editing internal comms articles, witing annual reports, or crafting newsworthy press releases, clients have called on me for years to choose just the right words to convey their message. Occasionally, I even put on jounalist's hat and take off looking for a good story on my own.

Develop the theme and copy platform for their annual report to their clients , lenders, and employees.
Bechtel is the world's largst engineering company. It's also privately held. They're the people you call if you need an entire city built in the middle of a desert, or your tunnel under the English Channel needs some help getting sorted.
Red Wing Magazine
One of America's oldest and best-loved shoe companies, Red Wing has millions of die-hard fans. In the pre-social media days the corporate magazine was the way they kept up with the company, and the way the company kept up with them.
The Job?
Serve as Editor-in-Chief of their biannual magazine, including writing and commissioning all photos and articles.
The Job?
Overcome the Pentagon's objections to become the first journalist to fly with an aerial minesweeping squadron.
Sometimes it's fun to take off as a journalist. And since I have love of all things that fly, I pitched this story on helicopter minesweeping to one of the world's premier magazines and, eventually, I ended up flying with the US Navy for a week.
